The architect and the developers both visited Italy to bring back authentic Italian architecture for this development. The project is headed up by Architect Charles Martin and Contractor Paul Allen Smith, who have a combined 60 years experience in the Coachella Valley.
These 3,700 to 4,500 square foot Tuscan-style homes are being built “Green” from the ground up. They feature concrete exterior and interior walls, tankless water heaters, and full sun control. They will have up to 70% energy savings over conventional wood-frame construction.
The Great Rooms blend into the private courtyards, with large disappearing pocket doors. The expansive courtyards feature infinity pools, and are lavishly landscaped to bring Italy here to Rancho Mirage. All of the homes focus on breathtaking views of the local mountains from both the interior and courtyards.
