Our commercial division is developing two new Neighborhood Retail Centers in Rancho Mirage and La Quinta, CA. The Shoppes of Rancho Mirage (click to view PDF brochure) is just West of highway 111 and Country Club Drive. This will be a premier location in an under-served and affluent section of Rancho Mirage, CA, with an out-front traffic flow of nearly 40,000 cars per day and lots of on-site parking. Unique and stunning landscape components with outdoor benches, trees, green areas, flowers and elegantly pavered parking lot will make the area a pleasant and popular destination for shoppers.
La Quinta Shoppes is at 48th and Washington, and will feature a huge decorative courtyard with gorgeous flowers and trees, park benches, and gathering areas. This center will be a destination point all La Quinta residents will be proud of.
Center management will facilitate and coordinate promotional events to stimulate business. Retail spaces feature 1,500 to 5, 000 square foot units, which are professionally designed as “neighborhood lifestyle centers” to provide a pleasant shopping experience for the consumer. They are primarily for professional services, retail stores, restaurants, offices and other similar uses.
